(SRN NEWS)-The justices have turned back, without comment, the appeal of a pro-life high school student group that was not allowed to distribute flyers critical of Planned Parenthood. In fact, the club WAS allowed to hand out the flyers to other students, but was NOT allowed to post them on the wall of the school. Lower courts ruled that by putting the flyers up in the hallways the club would have been engaged in “government speech”.
