(SRN NEWS)-Five years ago, when Bethany Christian Services announced that it would begin placing children with gay couples, the backlash was intense. Now Bethany is reversing course, announcing that it will NO LONGER place kids with same-sex couples. In a press release the agency says “The Board of Directors has voted to take steps to clarify and reinforce the Christian faith commitments and beliefs that have shaped our work for more than 80 years.”
