The Supreme Court could be getting another religious freedom case

(SRN NEWS) – A group of California moms and dads are asking the justices to repeal a state law that bars homeschool families from using religious material in their curriculum.  First Liberty Institute is representing the plaintiffs and Executive General Council Hiram Sasser says ““Parents should not be punished for choosing a quality religious curriculum meeting the state’s standard that they teach to their own children in their own home just because it’s religious.
