(SRN NEWS)- A federal judge has ended a three-year battle over the state’s ban in sex-change operations and puberty-blocking hormones for kids, issuing a final judgement in favor of Indiana over the American Civil Liberties Union. State Attorney General Todd Rokita calls the ruling “a critical win against radicals who seek to impose this horrific practice on our kids for ideological and financial reasons.” A growing number of states are passing similar laws.
