March 30 (Reuters) – Xerox Holdings on Monday named insider Louie Pastor as its new chief executive effective immediately, after Steve Bandrowczak stepped down.
* Bandrowczak led the company through a “pivotal period,”including the acquisitions and integrations of Lexmark andITsavvy. * Pastor most recently served as president and COO, where heoversaw enterprise transformation, global service delivery,revenue operations, marketing and communications, and thecompany’s people and technology functions. * Pastor said he was looking to lead Xerox into its nextchapter, adding that he aims to focus on execution anddelivering on the company’s priorities. * Xerox reaffirmed its full-year 2026 outlook and said itremains on track to meet its financial and operational targets.
