A federal judge is ruling in favor of three media outlets that sued to have their access to the White House restored.
President Trump had accused CNN, MS NOW and Politico of creating fake news and negative coverage and banned their journalists.
The media organizations sued, the White House television press pool stopped covering Trump’s events and an emergency hearing was held yesterday.
In an overnight ruling, U.S. District Judge Tim Kelly ordered the administration to temporarily lift the ban.
