June 18 (Reuters) – The U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s advisers on Thursday backed approval of Moderna’s flu vaccine in adults aged 50 and older, saying its benefits outweigh the risks.
All nine panel members unanimously voted in favor of use of the shot in adults between 50 and 64 and in adults aged 65 and above.
