WASHINGTON, March 6 (Reuters) – The U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency said on Friday it collected about $166 billion in duties and deposits under the emergency tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump that were struck down by the Supreme Court.

CBP said in a Court of International Trade filing declaring that it could not comply with a judge’s order to begin processing refunds that there were about 20.1 million entries under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act tariffs that were unliquidated, or not finalized, as of March 4.
