FRANKFURT, May 27 (Reuters) – Uber has raised its stake in Germany’s Delivery Hero to 24.99% from 19.5%, according to a regulatory filing published on Wednesday.
A separate regulatory filing showed Delivery Hero shareholder Aspex has lowered its stake to 7.56% from 14.55%.
