WASHINGTON (Reuters) -President Donald Trump on Tuesday plans to sign a memorandum that the White House said would be aimed at stopping ineligible people from claiming Social Security benefits.
“The memorandum will direct the administration to ensure ineligible aliens are not receiving funds from the Social Security Act programs,” press secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters.
