WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. President Donald Trump said on Monday his special envoy for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, is going to Ukraine soon.
Trump also said he would speak with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy this week.
