Streaking Duke vaults to No. 11 in women’s Top 25

Duke soared six places to No. 11 in this week’s Associated Press Top 25 women’s basketball poll after extending its winning streak to 15 games.
The top four remained unchanged Monday, with unbeaten and consensus No. 1 UConn (25-0) leading UCLA (23-1), South Carolina (24-2) and Texas (22-2).
Vanderbilt (22-2) moved up two places to No. 5, with LSU (22-3), Michigan (20-4), Ohio State (22-3), Louisville (22-4) and Oklahoma (17-5) rounding out the top 10.
The Blue Devils (18-6) moved into sole possession of first place in the Atlantic Coast Conference with a one-point win at then-No. 6 Louisville last Thursday and a 95-36 blowout of SMU on Sunday. Duke has not lost since Dec. 4.
The Southeastern Conference leads the way with nine teams in the poll, followed by the Big Ten (seven), the Big 12 (four) and the ACC (three). The Big East and Ivy League have one each.
