SEOUL, Dec 15 (Reuters) – South Korean President Lee Jae-myung and Laotian President Thongloun Sisoulith agreed at a summit in Seoul on Monday to upgrade bilateral relations to a comprehensive partnership, Lee’s office said. Seoul sees Laos as a key partner in building supply chains for critical minerals, Lee said at the meeting, according to his office.
