Several injured in attack in Taipei, premier says

TAIPEI, Dec 19 (Reuters) – Taiwan Premier Cho Jung-tai said several people had been injured after a person released smoke bombs at a Taipei subway station and then attacked bystanders, according to comments Cho made on his Facebook page on Friday.
Cho did not give further details.
The attacker was suspected to have then killed himself, the official Central News Agency said.
It was not immediately clear what the motive was.
