Republican healthcare bill failing in US Senate

Dec 11 (Reuters) – A Republican bill to create new federal subsidies to help Americans fund health insurance savings accounts rather than extend Affordable Care Act subsidies expiring on December 31 was failing to win enough votes to advance in the U.S. Senate on Thursday.
