The Portland Trail Blazers acquired shooting guard Vit Krejci from the Atlanta Hawks in exchange for center Duop Reath and two second-round picks, both teams announced Sunday.

The draft picks Atlanta will receive are in the 2027 and 2030 NBA drafts.

Krejci, 25, averaged 9.0 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 46 games (eight starts) this season with the Hawks. He drilled 42.3% of his 3-point attempts for the Hawks this year and owns a 40.5% mark (256 of 632) for his career, which began with the Oklahoma City Thunder (2021-22) before moving to the Hawks in 2022.

Reath, 29, underwent season-ending foot surgery Thursday. He contributed 2.9 points and 1.2 rebounds in 32 games off the bench with the Trail Blazers. Of his 33 baskets this season, 23 came from beyond the 3-point arc as he hit 41.8% from long range.
