(SRN NEWS)-A lot of analysts are going over a new poll from the Pew Research Center that finds only about one-third of Americans trust their fellow citizens — down sharply from 50 years ago. And some of those experts think the slow death of Christianity in this country has something to do with this erosion of trust. They argue that as Americans quit church, they have become more isolated and their outlook has darkened — leading to more distrust of their fellow man.
