July 2 (Reuters) – Military aviation operations in Poland’s airspace related to Russia’s strikes on Ukraine have ended, the Polish army said.

“We would like to inform you that no violations of Polish airspace were recorded,” it said on X.

Earlier in the night, the Polish Armed Forces said that Poland, a NATO and European Union member, scrambled fighter jets on Thursday as a preventive measure following Russia’s attack on Ukraine.
