Palestinian president says he is ready to work with Trump towards ‘comprehensive’ peace

(Reuters) – Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas spoke with Donald Trump on the phone, congratulating him on winning the U.S. presidential elections and saying he is looking forward to working with him to achieve a “just and comprehensive” peace, the official Palestinian news agency said on Friday.
