No record of recalled infant formula products from Lactalis entering China, customs says

SHANGHAI, Jan 22 (Reuters) – There are no records of imports of recalled Picot brand infant formula products from French company Lactalis entering China, the country’s General Administration of Customs said in a statement on Thursday.
On Wednesday, the French dairy group said its nutrition unit was recalling batches of baby milk in 18 countries, including China, due to the presence of a toxin also cited in a recall by Nestle of some batches of infant nutrition products earlier this month.
