Indonesia, U.S. companies including Pertamina, Exxon to sign $34 billion deal

JAKARTA (Reuters) -Companies from Indonesia and the United States are expected to sign a memorandum of understanding worth $34 billion, including state energy Pertamina, Exxon Mobil Corp and Chevron, a government official said on Monday.

The deal to be signed on Monday afternoon U.S. time will also include purchases of U.S. soybeans, corn, and cotton, said Pujo Setio, a senior official at Indonesia’s ministry of economics.
