Indian authorities locate beacon, lifeboat of missing cargo ship, say no survivors found

NEW DELHI, Aug 25 (Reuters) – Indian authorities have recovered an emergency beacon and located a lifeboat associated with a Panama-flagged ship that sank in the Bay of Bengal last week, but no survivors were found, the coastguard said on Tuesday.
Additional assets were being deployed to the search and rescue efforts for the missing 22 crew members of the bulk carrier, it said.
