India markets regulator approves beauty and home care app Urban Company’s IPO

(Reuters) -India’s markets regulator has approved an initial public offering by Urban Company, a regulatory notice showed on Tuesday.

Urban Company, which provides mobile app-based beauty and home care services, had filed draft papers in late April.
