Giants running back Tyrone Tracy left the game with a right arm injury on New York’s final possession of the first quarter Sunday night against the Kansas City Chiefs in East Rutherford, N.J.

Tracy touched the ball on the Giants’ first five plays and had seven carries for 29 yards and two receptions for 7 yards when he left the game with trainers helping support his right arm and shoulder.

Tracy caught a swing pass in the left flat near the 50-yard line. Running toward the left sideline, he collided with diving Chiefs defensive back Jaylen Watson and landed out of bounds at the Chiefs’ 46. Tracy immediately grabbed for his right arm.

Tracy entered the game as the Giants’ third-leading rusher behind quarterback Russell Wilson and rookie bulldozer Cam Skattebo with 15 carries for 39 yards.

Giants kicker Graham Gano suffered a groin injury prior to kickoff against Kansas City and is questionable to kick on Sunday night.
