Georgia defensive tackle London Seymour is facing a slew of felony charges after his arrest following his alleged participation in a TikTok challenge.

Seymour, whose father is Pro Football Hall of Fame member Richard Seymour, was arrested on Jan. 29 in Athens, Ga., on 11 felony counts of second-degree criminal property damage. That’s one for each of the 11 doors he and three other men allegedly damaged in campus dorms in early December.

He was released after posting bond of $1,100.

Seymour was a walk-on as a freshman in 2025 and appeared in one game. His father is a Georgia alum who was selected in the first round of the 2001 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots and later played with the Raiders franchise.

The younger Seymour’s attorney, Kim Stephens, told ESPN the university police overcharged the case, which he hopes to have settled through a diversion program. That would involve Seymour and the others implicated in the alleged crime paying for damage to the doors.

“The UGAPD took 11 warrants in a case that they could have and should have taken a single warrant,” Stephens said. “London and three other young men are alleged to have caused damage to 11 doors in a residence hall while participating in a viral TikTok ‘door kick’ challenge, as many other young people have done around the country.”
