NEW DELHI (Reuters) – The issue of early discharge of Indian nationals, who were lured to Russia with promise of lucrative jobs or education only to be forced to fight in the Ukraine war, was expected to be discussed during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Russia next week, India’s Foreign Secretary Vinay Kwatra said on Friday.
