(SRN NEWS)-Thursday marks 80 years since Germany surrendered and Victory in Europe was finally declared after six years of war. People all across England are celebrating and the country’s numerous cathedrals and churches are hosting events. At the top of the list is the national service of thanksgiving, set for noon on Thursday at Westminster Cathedral, to be attended by King Charles.
