June 23 (Reuters) – Canada-based legal software maker Dye & Durham said on Tuesday CEO George Tsivin has stepped down with immediate effect after about a year in the role, and that its board has formed a committee to lead the company during the transition period.
• The company did not provide a reason for Tsivin’s departure.
• Dye & Durham said a sub-committee of its board will assume the responsibilities of the CEO’s office and oversee operations while a search for a permanent chief executive is underway.
• Tsivin, who was appointed CEO in 2025, is also no longer a member of the board, the company said in a statement.
