Barrick Mining names Helen Cai as CFO

Jan 19 (Reuters) – Barrick Mining on Monday named Helen Cai as chief financial officer, effective March 1, to succeed Graham Shuttleworth, who will be leaving after the company reports its year-end results on February 5.
Cai, who has served on the Barrick Board since November 2021, will work with Shuttleworth until his departure, the company said.
