(Reuters) – The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission on Tuesday said Barclays Bank PLC will pay $4 million to settle charges related to swap reporting.

Barclays, which is registered with the CFTC as a swap dealer, failed to correctly or in a timely way report more than 5 million swap transactions from 2018 through 2023, the regulator said in a statement.
