MEXICO CITY (Reuters) -Authorities have arrested 13 people for their alleged roles in the May attack which left two high-ranking Mexico City officials dead, Mayor Clara Brugada said on Wednesday.
The daytime shooting of two of Brugada’s top aides by gunmen on motorbikes shocked the city, seen as a relative pocket of safety compared to elsewhere in the nation.
