Study: One Trillion In Biden Spending Linked To DEI

A new study details the extent to which DEI philosophy was connected to federal spending during the Biden administration. The study is a joint effort by the Functional Government Initiative and the Center For Renewing America. It identifies 460 DEI programs inside the federal government, at a price tag of $1-TRILLION  tax dollars. On his first day back in office President Trump issued an executive order to eliminate what he called “radical and wasteful”  DEI progrms from the federal government.

GOP Sen. Cotton Warns Universities About Antisemitism

Republican Senator Tom Cotton has some advice for universities that have been allowing antisemitic, pro-Hamas rallies on campus. Senator Cotton is applauding the decision by President Trump to cut 400-Million in funding for Columbia University. Cotton says the antisemitic protests have lead to Jewish student feeling threatened, and disrupted the studies of students of all backgrounds.

Trump Says Weekend Arrest Of “Terrorist Sympathizer” First Of Many

President Trump warns the weekend arrest of a pro-Hamas protestor is the first of many to come. Trump vows to track down, apprehend, and deport those he calls “terrorist sympathizers”. On Truth Social he touted the weekend arrest of a green card holder who led anti-Israel demonstrations in support of Hamas last year on the campus of Columbia University. Mr Trump writes “ “If you support terrorism, including the slaughtering of innocent men, women, and children, your presence is contrary to our national and foreign policy interests, and you are not welcome here.”

Trump Vows More Arrests, Deportations Of Pro-Hamas Green Card Holders

President Trump says the weekend arrest of a pro-Hamas campus organizer will be the first of many. In a post on Truth social the president defends the arrest of green card holder Mahmoud Khalil who led pro-Hamas demonstrations on the campus of Columbia University celebrating the October 2023 assault on Israel. Calling uch speech contratory to U.S. nationa and foreign policy interest the president vows “We will find, apprehend, and deport these terrorist sympathizers from our country — never to return again”.

Freshman Democrat Senator Says Trump Has Democrats “On Their Heels”

Freshman Senator Elissa Slotkin [D-Mich] says the Democrat Party has yet to formulate a strong response to President Trump.  Slotikin told NBC’s Meet The Press Sunday it’s no secret President Trump has had Democrats “on their heels” since he was sworn in in January. She says it’s a situation that needs to be addressed-quote-“ ““I think you can’t get better until you admit you have a problem. “ She and other Democrats have hinted it may be time for new Democrat leaders to advnce the party’s agenda over the next four years.

Iran Rejects Trump’s Offer For Renewed Nuclear Talks

It appears even the man who wrote The Art Of The Deal may have his hands full trying to negotiate with Iran over its nuclear program. Iran policy expert Gabriel Noronha says the Islamic Republic is at a crossroads, forced to accept Trump’s offer for renewed nuclear talks, or to see their program destroyed. Noronha tells the Salem Radio Network Iran now has the capacity to produce several nuclar weapons in a matter of weeks.

A former Biden staffer says his 2024 campaign was ‘gaslighting’ the public with denials about the president’s age and declining mental health. The admission comes from Michael LaRosa who served as press secretary for Jill biden in 2021 and 22. Throughout the campaign polling consistently showed many voters had serious doubts about Biden’s mental ability to serve another four years. LaRosa says by denying the polling that was public the camaign was -in his words- “demeaning to a lot of the people.”

Senate to vote on Trump’s nominee for education secretary next week

The Senate has cleared the way for a final vote on Linda McMahon to serve as President Trump’s Education Secretary. By a vote of 51-47 on Thursday the Senate advanced McMahon toward a final vote, expected sometime next week. She’ll have no trouble being confirmed in the GOP majority upper chamber and passed her committee hearing just last week on a party line vote. McMahon is opposed by Democrats over her lack of education credentials and for her agreement with President Trump the Depart of education should be shut down.

Soros-Funded. Anti-Doge Protests Not Organic As Portrayed By Media

Media reports say many of the anti-DOGE demonstrations greeting GOP lawmakers last week were organized by left-wing organizations. A steady stream of anti-DOGE demonstrations seemed to crop up organically at townhall events as House lawmakers held town hall events in their home states during a weeklong recess. Now reports in the Daily Wire and free Beacon indicate the protests were anything but spontaneous, but rather organized by George Soros-funded groups MoveOn and Indivisible. Despite the orchestration, th evnts were portrayed as grass-roots efforts mainstream outlets such as CBS, the Washington Post, and the New York Times.

White House Says It Will Select Members Of WH Press Pool

The White House says it will now be the one to decide which media outlets are allowed into the press pool covering the president. The White House says moving forward it will select the small group of news outlets that will be allowed to travel with and cover the president’s daily activities, something that in the past was left to the White House Correspondents Association. Press Secretry Karoline Leavitt says the goal is to give new or alternative media compnies greater access.In her words ““It’s beyond time the White House press pool reflects the media habits of the American people in 2025.

Senate Confirms JD Vance Advisor Daniel Driscoll As Army Secretary

The Senate has confirmed a top advisor to Vice President J.D. Vance as Secretary of the Army. Daniel Driscoll spent three and a half years in the Army including a deployment to Iraq in 2009. He later attended Yale Law School where he met Vance. He most recently served as one of Vance’s top advisors.  He enjoyed bi-partisan support during his confirmationhearing last month and was confirmed by a vote of 66-28.

Senator Blackburn Calls On FBI To Release Files On Epstein Sex Ring

Senator Marsha Blackburn [R-TN] is asking the new FBI Director to release more information about Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking network. Epstein died in prison in 2019 and the criminal charges against him were dropped as a result. That left a lot of unanswered questions amid speculation about who all may have been involved with Epstein. Senator Blackburn is calling on the new FBI Director Kash Patel to release all information the Bureau has about the sex ring, something she says has caused “irreparable harm” to countless women. It’s somethng she says Patel promised to do during his recent Senate confirmation hearings.

Senator Defends Musk’s Call For Federal Workers To List Accomplishments

One Republican senator is defending Elon Musk’s demand that federal workers send an email detailing the work they’ve done in the past week. Senator Tom Cotton [R-Ark] says the emails could provide some important information about the federal workforce, such as whether some are doing any work at all. As for the demand workers provide five examples of the work they’ve accomplished, Cotton tells the Salem Radio Network such accountability is very common in the private sector.

A major facelift for the headquarters of USAID. Bob Agnew reports.

VERBATIM: A new face, and a new name, as the longtime headequarters of USAID is taken over by U.S. Border and Customs Protection. The renovation was cleared when a federal judge on Friday declined to keep in place a temporary block that had been preventing President Trump from removing a large number of USAID staffers. It’s the latest victory for the president in his bid to make dramatic cuts inn federal departments.

By a vote of 51-49 Patel was confirmed to inherit an agency in turmoil after what critics say was the weaponization of the FBI under President Biden.
