White House: Military option is possible in Greenland takeover

The White House is suggesting a military option for taking over Greenland. Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said “the president and his team are discussing a range of options” and that “utilizing the U.S. military is always an option.” In a statement, she said Donald Trump “has made it well known that acquiring Greenland is a national security priority of the United States.” Overseas, European leaders have announced their opposition to a U-S takeover, saying “Greenland belongs to its people.”
