Trump vows to eliminate mail-in ballots and voting machines

President Trump is vowing more changes to the way U-S elections are conducted. The president is speaking out, once again, about doing away with mail-in ballots, which are used by about one-third of all American voters. He also wants to eliminate voting machines. According to the Constitution, Congress has the authority to determine the “time, place and manner” of elections.
