Former President Trump suffered some legal setbacks this past week. Two of Trump’s former lawyers have flipped in the case charging Trump and 17 co-defendants with trying to overturn election results in Georgia. Attorneys Sidney Powell and Kenneth Chesebro both pleaded guilty in federal court, agreeing to pay fines, serve probations, and, if necessary, testify at future trials. Meanwhile, Trump was fined five-thousand dollars by the judge in his New York civil trial for not removing a social media post from his campaign website that targeted a law clerk.
