Donald Trump has been lashing out at the media and military leaders in recent days. Writing on his social media site, the former president complained about NBC News and MSNBC, claiming they should be investigated for “Country Threatening Treason.” He also lashed out at Mark Milley, the retiring chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, over phone calls he made to China in the final topsy-turvy months of Trump’s presidency. Milley has defended those calls, but Trump described them as “so egregious that, in times gone by, the punishment would have been DEATH!”
