Trump calls Musk’s new political party “ridiculous”

President Trump is throwing cold water on Elon Musk’s newly announced political party. The president said it’s “ridiculous” for Musk to launch a new political party. He told reporters that “it’s always been a two-party system.” Over the weekend, Musk announced that he would form the America Party in response to the president’s sweeping tax cuts law.
