Senator Tom Cotton [R-Ark]  says a break for the jury is just the latest case of a New York judge favoring the prosecution in Donald Trump’s court case. Cotton says by giving jurors a week off ,  judge Juan Merchan appears to hope jurors will forget damaging Defense cross-examination in which key prosecution witness Michael Cohen was caught in a number of lies.
