VERBATIM: The National Health Service — the country’s massive, state-run healthcare system — says it will no longer place men who are living as women in womens-only hospital wards. Under new guidelines issued this month, the NHS must deal with each patient according to their actual, biological sex — not their so-called “gender identity.” This action stems from last year’s decision by the U.K. Supreme Court that sex must be defined through biology, alone.
