VERBATIM:  The state GOP has released a list of legislative priorities and one of them involves changing how two married people separate.  In a statement the party says “Marriage and strong families are the best protection for children. We call for an end to no-fault divorce. When a marriage breaks down, family law proceedings should respect 50/50 equal parenting presumptions in the best interest of children.”  The Texas GOP is also promoting covenant marriage.  MH REPORTING
