VERBATIM: During an Americans For Prosperity event on Monday Speker Johnson said ““This is a prayer request. Just pray this through for us, because it is very high-stakes, and everybody knows that,” Johnson remains optimistic House republicans can mustr the support for what he and the president call “One Big Beautiful Bill”, but admits it seems to be a long shot. He enjoys ony a paper thin majority and any more than one Republican dissenter could spell the end for his ambitious spending plan.
