Senator Tom Cotton [R-ARK] is warning the U.S. should be skeptical about China’s agreement to stop the flow of fentanyl into the United States. Cotton says China has made similar agreements with president Trump in the past only to switch tactics. First by shipping U.S. bound fentanyl first into Mexic0 and now by outsourcing much of its fentanyl production south of the U.S. border.
