Senator Ted Cruz [R-TX] is taking heat from leading Democrats for trying to keep the government from providing free internet serve to illegal aliens. Senator Cruz is demanding changes to a number of amendments to the Spectrum and National Security Act over what his critics-like Democrat Chuck Schumer [D-NY]-call “petty partisan culture wars.” Cruz wants the Senate Commerce Committee to change language that in his words would have given “free internet to illegal aliens, millions to antisemitic colleges, and billions to mega-corporations with no strings attached.”
