Senator Tom Cotton [R-Ark] says it’s highly unlikely Trump can get a fair trial in Washington DC. Cotton says the judge appointed to the case has handed down tough sentences for January 6th protesters and likely considers this the a case of a lifetime, and a chance to punish the former president.
