More details are contained in a still classified report compiled by the U.S. Security Coordinator for Israel and the Palestinian Authority. Van Hollen—a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee—has for nearly a year been urging the State Department to make the report public. Something he says could help lessen the risks for journalist operating in combat zones.
