Rubio defends Trump foreign policy actions before Congress

Secretary of State Rubio defended the Trump administration’s foreign policy during testimony before Congress. Appearing before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Rubio staunchly defended President Trump’s military operation to capture Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro. And he claimed there’s “good and decent progress” being made in that country. For the most part, Republicans praised the Venezuelan operation, while Democrats were skeptical and wanted more transparency.
