President Biden has no plans on being a lame duck during his remaining months in office. The president is out of the 2024 race, but he said there’s more work to do, including the defense of abortion rights and proposing Supreme Court reform. Mr. Biden used an Oval Office address to explain he’s “passing the torch to a new generation” after succumbing to Democratic pressure to step aside.
