North Korea’s leader is putting the United States on notice. Kim Jong Un said his North Korean military should “thoroughly annihilate” the U-S and South Korea if provoked. According to state media, he also vowed to boost national defense to cope with what he called an unprecedented U.S.-led confrontation.
