VERBATIM: The government is shutting down 1500 non-profit organizations, about half of which are churches and Christian ministries. President Daniel Ortega has a personal axe to grind with the Catholic Church, which has been one of his chief critics, but this latest order also targets many Protestant Evangelical congregations and organizations.
