A victory for pro-energy forces and West Virginia senator Joe Manchin [D-WV] as a pipeline he’s been fighting for is about to turn on the spigots. Manchin used his clout as a key swing vote to ensure approval of the pipeline in exchange for his support last year for the Democrat’s Inflation reduction Act.
